Shipping and Handling
Your goods are send and delivered with int UK by 1st class recorded delivery. At present we only accept orders from with in the UK. Our standard deliveries can take up to 5 working days. Please remember a signature is required for accepting parcels. If you know that there will be nobody there to accept the delivery, please provide an alternative delivery address.

Every effort has been made to make these products well and of natural substances. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased (this does not apply to earrings), it may be returned for a full refund or exchange, provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging.

In the product descriptions on this web site gold refers to gold, gold plated, gold filled, not solid gold. All items are hand made for each order, so there may be a slight variation on the product shown in the photograph and the item you receive.
